This quick and easy chibi chop shop is a delicious way to serve up a quick meal. The only thing that differentiates this from any other chop shop is the fact that you can customize the chop shops by adding your own toppings.

I’ve been a fan of ramen since I was a little kid. This is one of my very favorite types of ramen ever.

Yeah, I can totally imagine a restaurant serving this dish, or a person ordering this dish, and the staff making it for them. They might just call it a “ramen”, or “ramen noodles”, or “ramen sauce”, or “ramen noodles sauce”. I’m sure it would taste good.
I’m pretty sure the staff at chibi chop shop don’t know how to make this. It’s just a recipe that’s been passed down from the owner’s mother, and I’m pretty sure that the only thing my grandmother ever made with ramen noodles was a chicken salad sandwich. She probably knows more about ramen than the staff up front.
Chibi chop shop was actually one of those restaurants that was founded by a woman named Lila. Lila was a successful chef during the golden age of ramen, and her son, Dave, was a huge fan of the dish, so he decided to give Lila’s ramen noodle recipe to his restaurant using her name. Lila’s ramen noodles were so successful that they became very popular.
