In case you haven’t noticed, the best sandwich shops have all the ingredients you need. They might not have a lot of toppings, but they have everything that goes into a great sandwich. They’ll even put a little something extra on the side.
So in the case of ethnic sandwich shops, the ingredients are cheap, the ingredients are delicious, and the ingredients are not optional. The ingredients are the perfect example of how the concept of self-care can be applied to more than just food.
