I think we are at a point where we need to be aware of the fact that we need to do something. We need to be aware that we are on autopilot. It’s just not so great to be on autopilot. We all want to be on autopilot. We want to do something. We want to be on autopilot.
For me, I’m on autopilot, but I don’t think I am as well aware of it as I think I am. I just feel like I’m doing the bare minimum needed for success and then I’m not fully aware I am doing it. I think that happens to everyone.
I think there’s a lot of people who are on autopilot. For some people, they don’t know they’re on autopilot. But it’s not healthy. We all want to be aware of our habits, our routines, our impulses, our reactions. We all want to be on autopilot.
The problem with autopilot is that we can’t control how we are on autopilot. We can’t tell anyone how we’re doing. I have a lot of friends that are on autopilot. They are not aware they are on autopilot. Their actions are not conscious, and they don’t tell anyone. But they are on autopilot.
As we all know, autopilot is a bad habit. While its often considered a good thing, it is an unhealthy one. It is difficult to overcome, but if you can find ways to be aware of your habits, routines, impulses, reactions, it will become easier to resist autopilot and turn it into a healthier habit.
