I have been making my own pasta for over two decades, but I have always craved the finer things in life, and I didn’t even know it. I discovered my passion for the finer things by going to school and getting my degree in culinary arts. I had always dreamed of creating my own pasta, and in my 20’s I was ready to finally do it.
So I set my sights on a small, beautiful town in the middle of a desert somewhere in southern Utah. I bought a plot of land and made it my home in 2004. I lived there for two years, trying to figure out how to sell my old life. A year ago I went back to school and learned how to cook and bake pasta and I’ve been making it for nearly a decade. I still run into people who have no idea what it is I do.
The first time I started this project was as a middle school student when I was about to give my first public presentation I was talking with my teacher. She was standing near a couple of my friends to the right of the sidewalk that I had just passed through, and she said “Oh, I’ll be the next one.” I looked up from my story and said “Wow.
Ive had this recipe for a few years. It was pretty easy to find. I don’t know if there’s any particular reason it has a “yummy” label, but as I recall the only thing I liked in it was the fact that I could get all the different colors of pasta I wanted, and the fact that it was easy to cook.
The main reason I like it is because it is so cute.

The “recipe” is a mix of various things that you can cook with, like potatoes and pasta, in addition to ingredients that are easy to make, like spaghetti sauce and tomato sauce. The sauce will be thick, and the pasta will be a little more chewier. The pasta will not actually be cooked, but it will be served as if it were.
I was actually surprised that it worked because I had the idea of making it myself. I can only imagine that it would be equally as good, if not better, than I make it myself.
You know what, that’s not right. I have made this sauce at home and it’s equally as good, if not better, than I made it and it’s easier to make too. I think it’s because my pasta is cooked, and I’m not. The sauce is easy to make, the sauce is thick, the sauce is made of ingredients that are easy to make, and the sauce is tasty.
