Reporting alleged infringement

If you believe content on Ecom Hub infringes your copyright, email [email protected] with the subject line “DMCA Notice” and include:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  • The exact URL(s) on Ecom Hub where the material appears.
  • Your contact information (name, email, address).
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notice

If material you posted was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address with equivalent detail.

We may remove content and restrict contributors who repeatedly infringe the rights of others.
