Why Ecom Hub exists
Running an online store means making a hundred decisions a month across tools and platforms that all promise the world. Which checkout converts better? Is this marketplace worth the fees? Should you move to a headless stack or stay on your current platform for another year? Most of the answers online are either thinly-rewritten press releases or affiliate pages dressed up as advice.
Ecom Hub is built to be the opposite: a working reference for operators. We write for the founder packing orders at midnight, the marketer defending a budget, and the operations lead deciding on a 3PL — not for a search algorithm and not for a vendor’s marketing team.

How we work
Three principles guide everything we publish:
We test before we recommend. Where a claim can be checked — a fee, a feature, a limit — we check it against primary sources and, where possible, hands-on use. Our review methodology explains the process.
We are honest about money. Some links on Ecom Hub are affiliate links. When they are, we say so clearly on the page. A commission never buys a better verdict. See our affiliate disclosure.
We don’t fabricate. We do not invent statistics, quotes, reviews, case-study subjects, or people. Our editorial standards spell out exactly what that means in practice.

Ecom Hub is an independent publication. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any government, public authority, or official body. The letters “TNIFC” in our domain name are a legacy string only and do not indicate any government connection. We explain this fully in our non-affiliation notice.
